Just received the CIC email to confirm my application was received on May 30 and App no. is given!
Not sure if it is a reply of my online inquiry a couple of days ago.

Looks like CIC is finally going to look after us now.
Still no ECAS.. waiting begins

lots gd news this week. some juners r finally getting confirmation emails or seeing active ECAS!
sure everybody will get theirs eventually. first test notice for " routine " applicant should come sometime november, which is only 2 months away.

Dont worry, they provide the link for Discover Canada, which means smt. They rush to email to inform us regarding the receipt of apps for a reason. You should read the online version of the book. Test invites are coming soon.
Remember the way the process PR. I think it s the same way.
