I'm also a June applicant and have added my details to the sheet. My application was received at Sydney on 11th June.

welcome!!

up to NOW , JULY 2, We have 31 june applicant, which represents 0.1% of total applicants
CIC said they received 330000 application in 2013 and i think 2014's number will only be larger bcuz the new residence requirement wont take place until JUNE/JULY 2015.
hang in there!!!!

The agent told me they are opening applications received on April 24 and onward so it seems like a 2 month wait is a MUST.
Have a good weekend

Thank you for sharing, 2 months is the minimum as we have the vacation period.

Hello all!!

After following and commenting this forum when I applied for residency 3 years ago. I am back here for citizenship! :-)

My application was received June 20 2014. I updated the google document.

Thank you all! Let's keep on hoping and encouraging each other!

In a lots of previous discussions, we debated whether we should just send supporting documents that the application kit asks for. However, i will plan to send tax info, translation of passport stamps that r not in English, even finger print for criminal record check.
a little reminder: Make sure your Passport Photo is STAMPED! I know ppl whose application got returned bcuz of that. You cant afford to make mistakes like that, not if you r trying to submit b4 the new law comes into effect.

My Photographs were not stamped as I got them clicked in India....But by hand i wrote my name, date clicked and address of photographer is that ok???

More over earlier a month back i sent citizenship application package unsigned....but I realised it after 2 days.

last week Again i sent new application package, with new dates and with an explanation sorry letter?

Any thoughts/ideas on this

I'm not sure they would accept the photographs with date written manually. How can we be so sure they were taken on that date and not 2 ore 3 years earlier?
you sent another package, you should have included a new set of photographs taken in Canada with stamp and date. The first package will be returned anyway because not signed.
Good luck

first of all, welcome to all the new member of this thread!

2nd of all, i am worried about 1 thing,
on application form 3.b and c , requesting for a different name appear on certificate & list other names that have been used , i left it blank instead of writing NA. is it gonna result in a returned file
I AM WORRIED

And i really dont see any other places i can fill in `NA` for a single applicant

I've personally input N/A, but leaving it blank doesn't mean your new name will be blank :). As such, it may be interpreted as either "skipped by the applicant" if the CIC officer is grumpy, or "N/A" if they are rational...
