In my opinion lang ha, mas OK nga po yung IP muna bago PPR kasi, ganun din naman tatagal lang sa CEM yung mga passport.

Kung babasahin mo yung kanilang procedure sa CIC website, mauuna talaga ang processing and then saka na lang nila irerequest ang PP once they are ready to issue the visa, it so happen na hindi naman sila 'by the book' kesyo kinukuha muna nila ang PP para daw mabawasan ang processing time, which i think, hindi naman effective.. kasi once naman na irequest nila ang PP, mabilis pa sa alas kwatro ang bigay ng applicants, so in my opinion yung pag request nila ng maaga ng passport doesn't serve its purpose kung hindi naman nila ipaprocess agad.

Lets hope and pray na mabilis na this time, if IP muna bago PPR...lets see ;D

Basta ganito ang ecas ko. ganito yon. 1. we received your Application for PR June 9
then 2. Medical received. Tapos nong chenick ko kanina nag iba na.
1. we received blah blah blah
2. we started processing your application Oct.31.....
3.Medicals received
tapos nakalagay doon sa line na may Application received ay In Process na.

Basta ganito ang ecas ko. ganito yon. 1. we received your Application for PR June 9
then 2. Medical received. Tapos nong chenick ko kanina nag iba na.
1. we received blah blah blah
2. we started processing your application Oct.31.....
3.Medicals received
tapos nakalagay doon sa line na may Application received ay In Process na.
