Yes christopher columbus. Narecieved ko siya thru email. I was waiting for the parcel from Air21 kaya lang up to now e wala pa. So if pwede namang hindi ko na siya intayan, i print ko n lang yung attachments. Thanks

u can also try IOM medical Centre sa makati ave lang. Overall ok ang facilities at staff and take note its much less fee than st lukes... st lukes will also require u to take hepa test or even make u pay for any tattoo or excess ear piercing. cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx check this link if ur not sure if IOM is accredited... 8) hope this would help god bless mate

About sa IOM medical centre, magkano ang total cost sa kanila? at gano ka bilis sila mag forward sa CIC? Pwede mo ba kaming ma-guide kung pano yung process dun at gano kabilis yung service nila. Also, do we need to book in advance or first-com-first-servce basis sila.

i pasted a link sa post ko here recently. Well u need to set an appointmnt sa IOM by calling their no. 8839333. convenient kc u can avoid siksikan with other patients like in St.Lukes kc open sched dun. Then med fee is 5K exactly. then if u able to secure a sched around 7:30 or 8am ull finish the med around 10 or 11am. And they will ask u if u can wait for the xray and lab results for that same day if nothing then ur good. well about passing if u done all the test and everything is good well that same week u can follow up if the med is already frwarded to CEM. (always in effect ang 10days eval sa med results) kya follow up that same week... ;D inquire lang kyo para ma enlighten more.. God Bless

hello mate, u need to wait for the MR package kc there are stuff there that the DMP needed to see. So what u can do is check the air21 for any package for u

Ah okay. Thanks. I'll phone Air21 to check, I received email last 30Aug pero up to now e wala pa ring parcel. Yung sayo ba e ilang days before mo nareceived yung parcel mo from Air21? Thanks

Hello po, ask ko lang po ung medical request mo po sent by email or via courier po? Until now po kasi nde pa ako undergo ng medical as am still waiting for the documents sent via courier.

hello mate, try to check with AIR21 if they have a pending delivery for u.. or might send email din sa CEM. though u received ur MR just last week so it should be delivered this week meaning to say u r still on sched.

thanks iamvinz sa response have rang Air21 wala daw po sila mail for me. I guess I have to wait till Friday. Now my question is, i have read from other forums, na dapat daw medical should be done within 15 days upon receipt of the letter? in my case, will it be counted as 15th Sep po ba?

Nkareeciv ako mr tru email last sept 2. Pinaprint ko lng ung form ung pdf file n nka attach sa email. Den tumawag ako sa st lukes ermita di n kelangan magpa schedp punta n lng dun just bring ung form. Xerox copy of passport if wala any national id and 2 copies of id. Picture 4pcs passport size and ung fee na 5250 nkapagpa medical n ko last sept 5 til now wala namang air 21 na dumating. Sana mkatulong to.
