oo nga, inabot ng 70 days yung kanyang MR, sana matapos ang MR sa May at tayo naman!

Sana nga lumabas na yung MR nating mga JUNE. Sobrang tahimik. Even yung friend ko na nag apply ng Visitor Visa pero more than a month na daw hindi pa niya natatanggap. Meaning talagang pilay ang operation nila.

Sana naman gumalaw na tayong June applicants at maging mabilis na ang lead time natin after ng MR...

Hi,

I don't know if this is the correct page to post but I would just like to ask if I need my documents "red ribboned" prior sending my application to Canada VISA Office in Manila? Is it a requirement for the documents?

Thank you.

Yes, this is to be in a safe side...and to prevent further delays on your application

NBI and birth certificate are needed to red ribbon as well? I will have my TESDA certificates, TOR and diploma certified as well.

Thanks,

Thanks,

know what? in my opinion,

you dont need it...

the ONLY document i had certified by the DFA was my TOR.

as long as your documents are original and secured recently-say a month, that's fine.

As i said in the other thread, this is just for a safer side and make the process "hassle free", we don't know what the VO thinks when they are assessing our application, so better to be confident that your documents are truly legit.

It's still up to you if you don't want it...

hi June applicants, any updates? may MR na ba?
may dalawa na atang SOWP online applicants na naka-receive na ng MR, sana tayo ding mga paper applicants

meron naba dre..sana nga tau na sunod...june applicants tau naman sana

nagbago na yung announcement sa CIC website

Alert – Strike Action
The Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers (PAFSO) union is currently taking strike action. PAFSO union members responsible for processing visa applications have been walking out of offices in Canada and overseas.

Posted processing times for both temporary and permanent resident visa applications do not take into account work stoppages.

Anyone applying for a visa should anticipate delays and submit their application online as far in advance as possible. Electronic applications give CIC much more flexibility in moving case processing to offices with the capacity to handle them.

Contingency plans are already in place to ensure all offices remain open and are providing at least a minimum level of service. Priority will be placed on urgent humanitarian applications.

CIC continues to closely monitor the situation.

kaya yung mga online applicant meron nang MR. hays pano na kaya ang mga paper applicants via PIASI and VFS?
obviously kaya online, they are transferring sa other offices as indicated above.. sana magkaroon na ng good news. Pede kaya yung nagsubmit na ng paper application tapos re-submit ng online? kung alam lang na ganito sana nag-online na lang from the start pa lang
