clear po ako sa uae walang case at may coe from my employer..pah..

sabi po sa canadian embassy
Under Canada's immigration law, you must have a medical exam if you:

want to come to Canada for more than six months, and
have lived or travelled for six months in a country or territory.
The above conditions apply if there is a “YES” in the third column.

5months pa lng po ako sa pinas nung nareceive application ko poh thru electronic sabi ng agency koh june 17 to be exact..
ito rin po kea reason kea wala pa din ako medical referral???
nag dedecide po kea cla either ill go thru medical or hindi na poh???
kasi po ung UAE poh sa list nila no need for medical..
kaso po ung currently nasa pinas ako if counting to january to june is only 5 months lng..
saan po kea ibabase decision nila sa mr koh..

e follow up mo talaga yung agency na ung....sila na responsibildad,,...nag momonitor eh.....

good day po...june batch di po ako..my heart problem po ako sabi ng cardio ko RHD daw po sakit ko..di po kaya maging cause ito ng pagkarefuse ko..nag undergo po ako ng medical ko sa IOM last sept 23 at binigyan po ako ng referral form ng dr na tumungin sakin, nakalagay po dun ung mga details na kelangan gawin ng cardio ko (diagnose, diagnostics,treatment prognosis for the next 5 years at ung condition ng katawan ko as of now )awa nmn po ng diyos binigay lahat ng cardio ko ung mga hinihingi ng clinic at ok nmn ung feedback ng cardio ko..tumawag ako sa IOM last october 23 at ang sabi nung nakausap ko napasa na daw sa embassy ung medical result ko last october 14 pa daw..posible po kayang maaprove ung application ko o mauuwi lng lahat sa wala lahat ng effort ko?tnx in advance

just pray lang sir, sa opinion ko lang po ha, mas tinitignan kase ng Canada ang HIV, Hepa, at kung anu pang nakakahawang sakit. sa case nyo i think di naman issue yan. as long na kaya nyo magwork at napatunayan yun sa medical nyo. goodluck po satin.

@ billy medical exam is required because you are residing in the Philippines for more than six months after your application was received by CEM.

pero till now no update p din sa aming batch ako nlng. walang mr sa agency nmin..still wala p update agency ko saken..about my application:-(

@billy, that reasoning doesn't make any sense at all. By the time an officer reviews your file, you already spent more than six months in the Philippines. I suggest you send an email to check the status of your application. Always quote your UCI number. If you don't have that info then provide details of your application. Bonne chance.
