One of my friend who filed application in August just saw the status changed to Decision Made in ECAS. Highly surprising as the June applicants are still stuck with In Process.

His time line is...

Applied to CIO-Sydney Aug 10, 2013
AOR and medical on Sep 20, 2013
PCC requested on Jan 15, 2014
RPRF paid on Jan 28, 2014
in process on Feb 12, 2014
PPR request on Feb 26, 2014

It looks weird though, everybody have different time line..
