I was wondering if anyone on this rec'd PR yet. I applied in June 2013, but havent heard anything yet...

I got mine months ago and landing next month.

My husband hasn't received his COPR yet, but ECAS just changed to "decision made" today. Our visa office is CPP-Ottawa. I have no idea what the timeline for Vienna is.
