I am really sorry Ksimental. You can't force anyone to sign a form if they don't want to. However, this seems like such a small detail they caught and they sent you back the whole application jsut for it . I think these people don't even realize the amount of stress we go through while we put the application together and then wait for it. All I can say now is stay calm, and I am sure everything happens for a reason. Have faith and send it again. My sincere prayers and best wishes!ksimental said:In the letter I received with my returned application it stated I was missing 2 forms that they want filled out by my husband's 18 year old son even though he will not be immigrating. His son refused to fill out the forms. Also, all the information that he would have filled out is already on my husband's forms so, that was irritating. I contacted CIC and was advised to write a letter stating that his son refused to fill out the forms and send back the application. So, that's what I've done. There's really nothing else I can do. Even the woman I spoke to at CIC said we can't force someone to do something they don't want to do. Sigh...
I guess I'll be joining the July applicants. Please remove me from the spreadsheet, Thaliada. Good luck everyone!
