Wow, your so lucky! It's interesting how the cic website says they're just processing the June 3 applications, but yours have already been approved considering you submitted June 10 only. So that means, the website and processing times update is just a guide and really, you can get approved earlier. That's good news! :) Hopefully we'll get our SA sooner too.

I check the "Working on applications received on June 03, 2013" section everyday and it has not been updated since Thursday. I doubt its super accurate. It's probably +/- 3 or 4 days. That said, Mariposa81 is indeed lucky. My AOR is June 12 and I'm keeping my fingers crossed :)

That section is updated every week, specifically every Friday. But I'm not sure how accurate they are.

Can you please add me also in the spread sheet list to post the dates andinformation please. I submitted my application on July 05th.

Hi Sweden, Thailada, and Mellisa,

Can you please let me know if the CIC wil send the AOR through email or through physical mail as we are planning to shift the apartment please. Am worried that change of address would delay the AOR and SA.

Pleaseeeee let me know!

Thank you all..!

AOR is always by email, but not everybody gets one - some people get directly the SA.
SA can be either email or snail mail. If you're planning on moving to a new place, I would strongly suggest that you set up a forwarding system until you get the SA, in case it comes by letter.
Once you have the SA, you have time before the VO does anything to your file, so you can update them with your new address.

It's actually on Wednesdays, and it's usually pretty accurate - some people get their SA before the date indicated on the website, but most people have heard from CIC when it comes to their "turn" - and if your application was received on a date before the one on the website, you can call CIC and enquire about your file.

Their website was apparently not updated this Wednesday though. Still says working on June 03 applications.

Question, if during the processing of the sponsor application, the sponsor transfers to a new job, does he write to cic and update them of the new info? Or just wait for the approval letter before informing them?

Personally, I would just wait for Sponsor Approval.
Once the file moves to the sponsored person's country's visa office, the sponsor is not obliged to inform them for changes (except for address change I think).
Personally, my passport is about to expire in September and I'm holding off the renewal until I get sponsor approval.

Hi Guys!

I know there's a long wait ahead...but am soooooooooooooooooo relieved ! :):)

Finally feel like cheering! :D

No just the stage 1 for the 30 days in Toronto area. Now they'll submit the application to Paris Embassy.

I am not sure if that's what it's called.
