I got a email from CIC yesterday, looks like they did not receive the police certificate that I sent way back in February... I replied to them with all the information I've got so far, which is just the UPS tracking number and receipt. According to the tracking record, it was sent to:

CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION CANADA
CASE PROCESSING CENTRE - OTTAWA
365 LAURIER AVE W
OTTAWA
K1R
CA

but on the UPS receipt, I did write down:

Case Processing Centre - Ottawa
Citizenship and Immigration Canada
219 Laurier Avenue West
7th Floor, Section B
Ottawa ON, K1A 1L1, Canada

as the ship-to address. Is it because UPS is a private courier so my package was delivered to the first address?

That police certificate is original copy and it's the only one I have. What should I do now? I've replied to CIC email but obviously no reply so far..

Same situation. Medical exam done on Feb 21, since then no reply from CIC. Thinking about applying for GCMS. Is it possible to make it on-line?
Found one web site; however, not sure that it is the same thing:

Also, are they going to mail these notes as hard copy or it is some sort of electronic data that eventually will be send my way?

You can request for soft copy (email). You will get it in 30 days. Check out Toby's webste for details on how to apply.

Email, if CIC has an email address on file, if not regular mail. PPR comes like any other request, so if
You've received the MR by email, the you'll get the PPR the same way.

I got GCMS notes, everything is passed for me on Feb 26 but it's showing Medicals as "sent" for my Kids still. looks like that is delaying PPR. anyway this update is from a month back (Mar 17)

DavisJun2013 & veronica79 , Does your ECAS shows the third like "Medicals recieved" ? mine still shows only first 2 , already its been one ans a half month ....don't know what CIC is waiting for !!

don't worry about what ecas says mine still showing in process and already got passport request, check your email, bulk folder, important msg folder, spam...hope you can find the one with subject "ready for visa letter"
anyway a delay on decision made will be because of criminality and security checks, depending in your traveling history it will take more time and it is not only on the date they receive your medicals

DavisJun2013 & veronica79 , Does your ECAS shows the third like "Medicals recieved" ? mine still shows only first 2 , already its been one ans a half month ....don't know what CIC is waiting for !!

Mine still shows only first 2, it doesn't show medical received even though they were uploaded on Feb 22.

mine shows medical received, my doctor sent the result on march 4th and I just noticed the change on march 7th.
