Got my PPR today! ECAS still says "In Process" for those who're wondering.

Since I'm not in Canada, I have to inform them to get it stamped where I currently am. Also, I just had my passport renewed since it's supposed to expire in a couple of months. How do I let them know about this change in information? Do I have to mail the photocopies of my new passport to them? What else would they need? Thanks for the help in advance, and good luck to those who're still waiting

Received visa stamped passport and CPR earlier today Feb 28. Im planning to do landing tomorrow at Rainbow Bridge ;D

For reference:
Received PPR Feb 21
Passport sent to CPC Ottawa Feb 22 (saturday)
Passport received by CPC Feb 25
Visa stamped and sent back to me on Feb 27
Passport received with CPR Feb 28

Received my CoPR a few days ago and finally landed today at Rainbow Bridge. Very smooth process.. both the US and Canadian officials were nice

I was going to write a detailed report, but there's nothing people haven't read many times before. Next couple weeks will be busy for me, but I'll try to follow June thread as much as I can, and if you have a question specifically for me, just send a private message.

cezycez, thanks Took a bus to Niagara Falls, ON and walked the rest of the way. You need 2 quarters to cross the bridge as a pedestrian, but there's a currency exchange place on site.

Good afternoon everyone. I got my medical request on the 17th Feb. My appointment is booked for the 14th of March...do you think this is leaving it too late? I have been informed the results are sent after 5 days. Every other local clinic I tried that had early appointments results took up to 4 weeks to process. Can anyone recommend somewhere in the general Toronto area that I could get my medicals done faster?

Thanks for the info. I am worried because we will drive there tonight. Do you have any idea if I need to pay anything or prepare anything crossing the border by car? Im excited and nervous! :-\

It depends if you plan on going to Niagara Falls, NY or just flag poling. I believe the fee for crossing by car is around 3-4 dollars.
