well you may be right until n unless they announce it officially i have given u a cic link also i am not rumoring around mate they have change the NOC list of occupation will be lodged soon ! believe me.. ! don't relay on politics they are just players ! lol i am sure the list will be out soon so hope for the best.

That 7000 link certainly is up to date. Even states applications received on or after July 1, 2012, so it appears the points haven't changed. I have been checking the CBC News channel and there has been no mention of Kenney's Calgary speech yet.
