now, I wanna ask how many days are we going to wait to have the visa?
Second, how many days left for my mom to receive her confirmation of permanent resident? This is what the embassy said:

"We suggest that you defer sending your requests for status update until after your mother has received her PR status as we are also waiting for confirmation from the immigration office in Canada regarding your mother's PR status."

hi rick, I would sugest you to do GCMS notes. Search for Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Online Request in Google and you will getthe online link for GCMS notes. I just did mine one hour back.

ecas still says IN-Processing and in the details, says "medical results have been received"

hi rick, I would sugest you to do GCMS notes. Search for Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Online Request in Google and you will getthe online link for GCMS notes. I just did mine one hour back.

Medicals done on 18th March 2013
Medicals sent on 21st March 2013
Still waiting for PPR. Submitted request for GCMS notes today as I have not received PPR even after one month after medicals were sent.

I wouldn't stress too much as I did my medicals in Jan and paid RPRF and sent copy of passport (as visa exempt) and bio data form on Feb 21st and I'm still waiting for COPR letter. It's been over 9 wks now. The system has shown decision made since Feb.

I was hoping that this week is the week, however, maybe the end of the week is the week and if not then next week is the week ;D

So here's an update on my situation :
Got MR request on 4th April. Did my medicals on 10th April. Apparently My blood pressure was high that day (140/120). So the doc asked me to get ECG done @ a cardiologist. They gave me an appointment for ECG for 17th April. My ECG was normal, but Blood pressure that day was a bit higher (137/93). So now the Cardiologist asked me to get an ECO test done !!!! And he booked an appointment for the same...Now that's on 17th May
