I have sent an email to OTT-PILOT yesterday. no response yet. how long does it take to get a response from them?

I applied on June 14, CC charged on July 7.

I sent an email Friday the 12th, just now got a response from them. In essence, they are saying to sit tight and be patient:

"Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your email (see below).

If you are an applicant with a file being processed by this office:

We will contact you with further information once your file has been processed. Due to the high volume of correspondence received, we are unable to provide a status update to you at this time.

No further action is required by you at this time. We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

For future reference, in all correspondence to our office, please refer to the applicant's full name, date of birth, file number and your client ID number.

Regards,"

In response to my email sent to CPP-O last week, they sent a reply today (see below). I am consoled that they at least acknowledged receipt of the file transfer and can keep my nerves while continuing with the patient wait:

Mr. xxxx.



In response to your below email, our records show that your application was received on June 11,2012.

It was transferred to the CPP-Ottawa office for further processing.

Our office will get in contact you with further information, including the file number, in due time.

I got a response from OPP including the file number just a few mins ago. (i am able to check the status online with this file number) -- I think they have now started to process May and June. stay tight, yours is on its way.

Well I think that's the maximum time they have to state as per the website.

When I first applied in October 2011, the processing time on the website was 15 months. But I got the first response in 6 months in may 2012, so had my application successfully gone further at the time and if I added another 6 months for medical etc, it would still be 12 months and not 15.

Besides as per the later applicants this year, things seem to be happening pretty quick. So I'm hoping for the best.

Got my AOR yesterday. They changed my UCI. Not able to login ECAS yet. Tried with file number & also with new UCI, may be it will take couple of days.
