Weeeheyy!! My husband just called me and told me that we just approved in our Quebec application...now waiting for PPR...hopefully we could get it this christmas,,God bless us all my fellow Juners!

Anyone here who is being sponsored as a spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, that included his/her accompanying dependent children from previous relationship in the application?

Does it take longer to get PPR?

I would like to hear your experience.

I have two non accompanying dependants. Not sure if it takes longer for accompanying dependants though.

sydney visa office just sent me an email advising that they have received the requested additional documents I sent earlier last week and said "your application is currently with a visa officer".

pray hard that they would process my application soon....

I still have a feeling they are waiting for a document from me without telling me.
I got married AFTER i applied, and e-mailed them after the wedding took place, telling them i'd send the certificate as soon as i have it.

It takes 3 months in Ontario before they can process it, so i JUST requested the certificate. I hope they put me In Process as soon as they receive it.
