Have you tried client ID number? which is the PR card number of the sponsor the eight-digits number??? Give it a try

I hear from some one recently they did so and was able to log in.

Just realised that eCAS only updates once a week - on a Tuesday. So will have to wait until next week to check - in the meantime I hope an email will arrive!!
It will be a relief just to know they have our application

So... it looks like eCAS is updated more than weekly!
Just logged on this morning to see:


We received your application to sponsor XXXXX on June 3, 2011.

We started processing your application on July 13, 2011.

We sent you a letter on July 13, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

I didn't receive an email so will have to wait for the letter...I am hoping this means sponsorship approval...


My application was signed for on June 2nd, but it says here June 3rd, so will update spreadsheet to reflect...

Thanks Baloo, that's what I thought but on the actual site it says "The Client Application Status site is updated weekly, usually on Tuesdays." So I got a bit confused about what that actually meant!
