No, unless you are 100 percent sure, check the parameters and double check if you fulfill those. I tried once but waste of money

You can try your luck with EOR. But not necessary that it may increase.

The honest truth is that if you actually had a higher score in writing with any of the examining bodies (IDP or BC), then the probability of an upgrade is higher.

Regardless, you could apply for a remark for the two lowest bands so that the probability of a refund is higher.

It should be noted that it costs same even if a remark is being sought for all the 4 sections.
