If in writing task 1 in GT ielts test, we are not able to end the letter with

I forget to write this becoz of time issue.

There won't be much impact if you have written your letter well with good flow and correct tone and answered all three bullet points.. Also there should be less grammatical and spelling errors along with apt vocabulary
