Sure, I called hospital, they said, they have send the report to IRCC on the 30th Jun... and I asked for the report, they declined but ready to provide tracking sheet, which shows it is complete, I am going to upload it after calling IRCC...

You can ask them.... I used third party app... you can use anyone google hangout or skype or any other which allow you to call Canada..
I was also able to talk to them, they said my medical indicates as in progress, and my AIP is reflected in my application even though its received through mail
