We cant predict IRCC. Couple of applicants did biometrics in New Delhi on 27th November and received OPR on 30th.

OMG... All with 3rd Sept AIP with complete file waiting.... Looks like a pattern now.. Who received AIP on 3rd Sep... hasn't got any update... May be IRCC has put our files at the back of queue..... god knows why...
Heard someone was saying about BF Date(Bring Forward Date),, IRCC have kept 60 or 90 days rotation time at max... so no file gets neglected... hopefully on 90th Day that is today(2nd Dec) or tomorrow(3rd Dec)... we might get some update...
Any thoughts what should we do... we are are in exact same boat...if we don't get update in next two days?

The pattern is those who are getting medical updated, only they are getting pprs as of now.
True, some students from Feb-March still waiting to hear back final decision and started online studies.
Hmmm.. Quite possible bro... But I think because your friend file was not complete at the time he applied, so it was categorized differently and with Bio it got moved ahead on 27th Nov... I am talking about complete files since beginning.... are stuck,,,. I may be wrong... nothing is for sure.... all guestimates...
yeah but we are waiting for medicals to be updated for the same period which is really disheartening from IRCC
