Hello all

We submitted our documents last week, and CIC received them yesterday (according to DHL tracking). As I am a Canadian citizen currently living in Romania, we decided to apply outland.

What's the next step in the process? How do we get that case number so we know what's happening to our application and how long does it take to receive it?

Once you get your first Acknowledgement Of Receipt(AOR1), you will get your Application Number so can check online with it or with your UCI or Client ID Number (the same number as on your PR card if you ever had one).
