I have applied on 16th June and still waiting for eligibility review, BVL and PPR!!

I applied June 18.

Seems that ankara office is sending BVLs these days, I know many people got their BVL this week too.

I have applied for a Study Permit from Egypt for Fall 2021.
Biometrics completed on 4th July
No medical is required
still no response till the moment, I emailed Ankara office at the start of October asking about my status, and they answered my file is being processed for further background checks, I emailed again but got only automatic replies.
Any similar cases?
Do anyone know what to expect from them?

Got an email last week that a decision has been made.
Submitted my application (non-sds) for Sept Intake in July 1st week, processing started in October with Medical update in November end. And then bvl and ppr last week. Had raised a webform explaining my situation to be there in-person as I received an email from college.
