Two Non-Sds profiles from July(filed in India) got ppr and refusal respectively. One filed on 1st July got a ppr whereas the other was filed on 23rd July and received a refusal.
Have you seen anyone who had passed requested medical exam later got rejection?

I’m sorry mate. I haven’t encountered any such case. But I really wish that you hear back with a positive result from them.
Thanks. I also have not seen this case anywhere.

But non sds doesn't require language test right?
I’m not sure what are the exact terms. For example someone who has applied for study permit(UBC MSc Chemistry) received their ppr. Without gic, fee payment or language score. That individual attached a letter of explanation that their UG was in English.

Any idea what it would be for UG? Is Duolingo English test available? Because I've attached that.

I'm applying for undergraduate degree. Bachelor of Kinesiology, University of Winnipeg.
10th: 95%
12th: 81%
I also already have NCCP certificate which is required for Kinesiology course.
Since you are destined towards university, and non sds doesn’t have any particular language score requirements. Let’s hope that the VO finds your SOP satisfactory and does not ask you for language scores.

Yes, hopefully that's enough.
