Yes using webform properly is better. Not for asking Visa office.. it can impact adversely in my view. Even if u know about visa office we can't do anything about it.. they won't change it on our behalf either.

This is called FATE..which even a good profile and intelligence can't beat!!
In our place we have a proverb which means" Ask Almighty Allah for luck and not intelligence as usually intelligent people are servants of the lucky ones".
