i submitted my file on 28 june in Delhi VFS for sep intake.I linked my application online and i did not receive any update yet regarding my eligibility n medicals..Processing time is 7 weeks which is already completed.9th week is started now.what should i do now as my course commencement date is 5th sep.Should i go for deferral( jan intake)or refund my annual fee???I have to decide asap.plz help me out
