Even if they pause draws, and the score jumps a bit, I am still sure it will go down to your number of points by the end of the year (or latest in January). They are not implementing NOC draws before I think March or April.Hopefully there's still a draw in November, im 495.
After the last draw, there were ~3175 ppl in 491-500. Hope you will get your chance, given that they wont pause the draw and not too many ppl coming into the pool...my best guess
The draws should be on the 9th and 23rd Nov unless something has changed recently?

Nothing has changed - 99% chance it will be in 490-492 bracket. Impossible to predict it more accurately as we have no way of knowing how many new applicants entered the pool and if they will issue 5250 ITAs or less.
