I have called CIC many times, they are of no help, first question they ask is how long ago did i apply for PR? when my answer is less than 15 months they say that i should wait till 15 months and for further information check ECAS.

I sent CIC email yesterday and got reply from them straight away. This is their reply

Dear XXXXXX,

Please note that your application is in the final stage and is currently in queue to be processed as per our regulatory timeline. However we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization. An officer will contact you with further instructions.

Please ensure when submitting documents that they are still valid and will not expire within six (6) months as this could delay your application.

Please consult our Website for information regarding our processing times:

For your information, the processing times, provided on the website, is the average time it took visa offices to approve or refuse 80 percent of applications during a specified period in the past. They may not accurately predict future processing times.

To be honest its of no use. They will reply this random thing. However, make sure you write your family name, Date of birth, UCI and Application number. After that write down your enquiry in simple words, i wrote that MY status is DM on ECAssince 31st August and whats going on, do you need any more documents from me or there is something i can do to speed up my process.

Since March to October 8 no update

But October 9 I found my Ecas show :IP

But confusion is : it says we started processing your application on 24 February 2015

Why they are letting me know so late

Or this the way Cic works

So is it good sign for my application

Please advise I m in so stress
