Its is because they will refuse your visa...they will only give visa to those whoes backround is cheacked at second time.

Don't misguide brother. If background status is updated as not applicable that doesn't mean application is going to be refused. Background check is also used for checking criminal activity and if anyone got refused before he or she must have mentioned it in application.

I applied on 4th of july from UAE, nothing yet!
