I lodged my study permit application on 23rd July’20 for Post graduate diploma in Business Analysis.
I’ve already completed my masters in International Business so I choose to pursue a skilled course.
Received AIP on 3rd September
Biometrics on 24th December
Eligibility: We’re reviewing your status
Medical: Not updated
I’ve already started my online classes from September.
Can I expect a decision soon as it has been more than 26 weeks

Since the processing time has been reduced it's possible to get it within Feb.

yes...but first you have to get your medical updated.People with updated medical are getting PPR easily

I applied in July for Fall 2020
Got Errored AIP on 3rd Sept.
My GIC and IELTS verified, Criminality and Info sharing is Passed, (Reflected in Notes only), No mention of Eligibility status, just "review required"
Medicals expired
I got LOA request which I uploaded last night.
Came from Ottawa, when do you think they will issue us a final decision based on the trend?

Files undergo a series of openings and closings. It's only when the medicals are updated there are strong chances to expect a decision soon.

30 - 45 days from a sampling I did recently but it's speculative.

You mean I still have to wait a month? After getting medical updated? I wont even reach Canada before my course is over?
