It's not possible to find out who did it but most of the time its the VO and means the file is open.

All the ones in this forum who received BVL after AIP got approved, never saw anyone getting refused in that pattern.

I have also a doubt regarding this. My medical is passed on Aug13,2020. I gave my biometrics on 31/12/2020 , and got updated on 2/1/2021. I have aip issued on 13 Aug,2020. I'm studying online in second semester. Are there any chances of refusal???. My eligibility review has also started as showing in gc portal.

Most of the time Recommend Pass is maintained for an approval, so it's a good sign.

@Bendu1575 I Highly recommended you should apply for GCMS notes. As I and @Afza Akhil also got our medical Updated in dec but haven't heard so far and came to knoe this was because our eligibility is Reveiw Required.

Blanked out means eligibility was retracted when final decision is made it will be updated.

Medical being passed on the same day of review is a good sign. Even mine happened like that and got approved after bio.
