July applicants MEDICAL UPDATED ON or BEFORE 23rd December yet HAVEN'T received PPR

Hello folks,
I am Satvik and a 12th July applicant. My Medicals was updated on 23rd December but yet haven't received PPR. I request all the guys on the same boat to get connected over here.

No one is getting PPR in whole universe from canada or suddenly IRCC shifted trend n selected another date or month ?

No actual many did get. Also, i have noticed this trend where they guys whose Medical was updated on particular date gets PPR.For instance, those who got Medical updated on 15th dec and 20th dec got PPR on 31st December. This is followed for every dates Medical is Updated. But there are few like us who doesn't get PPR like other applicants. I don't know the reason but when I called IRCC they told me that My eligibility is still under review. But I hope we won't get rejection as those who are getting rejections after Medical getting updated, gets it after few hours or a day or two.

Mine medical got updated on dec 30 but my eligibility review is not started yet. Should I do anything for starting eligibility
