I guess it’s a little too late for the offer letter for september intake. Almost the seat are full in almost all the courses. I applied for IBM in centennial college in january for sept intake but didn’t get the offer letter because seats were full. Try for january intake because visa processing is taking 1.5-2 months itself.

Try applying in Durham college, oshawa, ontario. I got my offer from there in just 3 days because my funds were ready. I called their india office and requested them
It's too early wait fr atleast 14 days to be passed u will get it after 14 days from the date of application and so don't even get tat Nthg to worry about it
