How much time will humber take for providing offer letter they have received my application on 20th aug

Just got visa. Applied on 13th july offline ahmedabad vfs.
Hi guys,
Applied online for student visa on 15th June 2017, had an upfront medical and same was updated on 21st June. After this my application was updated on 11th august with status as cancelled. No reason for the same has been provided till date.
Got a auto message on 15th august from CIC asking for a medical examination. The form had new application number and UCI number. When I went to the hospital they said we cannot send the medical reports aa the UMI mentioned on the form is not searchable.
Can anyone please tell me when is an application cancelled and is there any scope for visa approval. My classes start 5sep 2017
