Has any non spp applicant ( application in July 2017) whose permit is being processed at Delhi VFS received their visa?

I have a doubt.. I logd out yesterday by 10pm nd again by 9pm today I logged in.. Does it not get linked even if I login the page in 24hrs.. Coz it showed u have made mistake nd entered more than 5times.. But then filled the application nly once wen I looted in today..
Is tht y not getting linked?

if you already entered more than 5 times perhaps not
try after 24 hrs or rather trust me open a new acc
it worked for me
