July applicant passport stamped

Hey my passport got stamped today, my second semester is currently going on. When do u guys suggest i should travel and what are my next steps? My uncle lives in canada near my college and i want to quarantine at their house, do any of you know how do i prepare and quarantine plan? Also do i have to stay at a hotel for 3 days or not?
