Mailed CIC to know the visa office and got reply as
"I can confirm that your application is at our office (CPC-Ottawa) and is being processed as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization"

July 3 AOR, CEC.

My file is with New Dehli office since almost a month. No progress.. Any one with any idea if we can connect with them and if yes how?

I emailed on cic Ottawa on 2nd and I got reply that my application has been approved and you will receive an email for RFV very shortly and u need submit passport. My BG went IP2 on 26th sep , My AOR on 26th july and Med passed on aug 7th . So I am waiting for that email.
