I also got the Review Required yesterday been so stressed . I did have a previous visa refusal .
I don't know what it means (includes) but we are all praying to have our Eligibility completed or even started

I had multiple visas refused (from PR applications to visitor visa, and study visa), but eventually got 2 multiple entry visas (visitor), a study visa, PGWP with an extension (so applied twice)...I never heard about the Review Request thing before. Where did you read it? In your tracker or you were sent an email? Do you have to submit additional documents?
If your profile has anything which requires additional review from 2nd officer (moslty senior) than it will show REVIEW REQUIRED in that section.
What exactly statement is? I cannot image, can you please provide detail statement? And it is on tracker or GCkey account?

Congratulations. It's certainly a big milestone. It means that the visa officer has verified that you're eligible for the program/stream you applied. Now, they will be doing your background check for admissibility. You're almost there! Can you please share your timeline?
