July 2023 OINP HCP tech draw timeline

To state number of hours worked on reference letter (It only stated that I worked full time before) & proof of compensation (thought just employment letter would be enough). Anyway getting it all sorted. I have 5 days to submit everything.

DIP- 30 Oct. May have come late last week but I was informed today . Awaiting in anticipation now.

N no draws!!!!! Anyone any idea what's going on? Some fb forums are speculating no more draws this year, some saying it's coz of tech glitch. Would it really take a giant like ircc with so many resources at it's disposal more than two weeks to fix a glitch? It's quite weird.
