I have got new rescheduled oath date for December 1st 2023. Since I'm outside Canada, I emailed IRCC that I'll be back Nov 26 and I got new date for Dec 1st.

I have got new rescheduled oath date for December 1st 2023. Since I'm outside Canada, I emailed IRCC that I'll be back Nov 26 and I got new date for Dec 1st.
Been 12 weeks for me since test completed so far 
. No other updates. LPP still in progress. Does anyone have any info on why Scarborough office is so slow compared to others. It’s disheartening to see people apply after me and already have their passports in hand

The email test said Edmonton. I don't know VO. Others said that Edmonton is under Vancouver's jurisdiction.Been 12 weeks for me since test completed so far

No, I think it will come somewhere next week. We never got any emails immediately, so don’t think it will be the case with the last one.
Nov 24: received an update for oath ceremony scheduled on Dec 1st! Finally
My test invite email had west & edmonton IRCC as well. I am waiting as well like you. Seems like Edmonton office is not that fast. I did get asked for a full passport scan a month ago. After that its been wait and watch.
