Hello everyone, I'm new to this thread. I along with my family applied for citizenship online on Feb 2023, we both completed our tests mid july. My status still showing not stated, but wife's status updated as completed test. Does anyone has the similar situations? Is there a way i can contact CIC? the contact number from web is not connecting to a representative. Below is my current details.

You should reply to the oath email and ask for an update about your test.

Can we upload an IELTS general result from 2018 that has not been provided to IRCC when applying for PR? Actually, I have not used my IELTS result before in any IRCC application. My spouse used his IELTS for PR.

When applying for citizenship, they ask for an English result, which has been provided to IRCC before when applied for PR.

Can anyone guide me on this?

Yes you can use any IELTS GT result you have, may or may not have been submitted to IRCC before.

What was your reason for giving test before for?

Personal example, I gave IELTS for my PR application. Spouse did not but had given IELTS GT for our Australian PR application way before we even came to Canada. Used the same and we both are Canadian citizen now.

In my opinion IRCC cares about my language skills and if I have test results of the one which they have mandated, it should not matter why I took the test for.

Could you pls tell me after how many days of submission they returned your file for the minor’s signing issue? Am asking coz I also did the same mistake and wrote my son’s name instead of mine on the signing page.
