The best wait to pursue this is to wait for your AOR. You will get your application number. Take that reference and do the needful .
Conversely, you could call them up in the first place and ask what would be the ideal way to notify of such updates.

Now, I am trying to register with UCI/App# from the AOR email at https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register and it gives me error.
Has anybody succeeded to register at the IRCC status tracker? Is it just me having issues with it?
