Hi,
I have the same problem. I passed the test 1 week ago, and still no update on my tracker. Today, I called IRCC and asked about my status, and they informed me everything was fine. The reason that the tracker is not updated yet might be because of the test window. Mine is September 11, so the agent said to wait until the end of my test window and check it again.

Same story. We've done tests on Monday (Sept 4th) but still no updates on tracker. Window closes Sept. 21st

Returned on July 31st (with less physical presence, even though it was 1100 days on submission)
Resubmitted on July 31st without any changes
AOR - waiting..

Received AOR - Sept 8

I am not sure about the stage at which the application would be returned in case of a missed declaration. I just tried to convey what I recall reading on this forum.
The calculation off part should be read as: If the details submitted online do not match when compared against the cbsa records.

You can go through the entry/exit stampings on your passport to confirm the dates.

I went out of the country for 10 days in 2019 and 20 days in 2023 (only twice in the last 4 yrs).. declared both. I didn't have any other travels. not sure what went wrong.. waiting to see whether I will receive AOR this time.

Same for me and my husband I also think something is wrong because other people got access after 48 hours. I will send a WebForm but as you said I don’t know if someone will ever look at it. I see someone was able to call IRCC though

My request to them (via webform):

I received an email earlier today from IRCC regarding my Citizenship application, which explicitly asked me to create a tracker account. However, when I follow the instructions in the email, an error message pops up, and I cannot create a tracker account.
I received my AOR on Aug 31st and the follow up email on Sept 6th to create the account.
I attached a screenshot of my email and a screenshot of the error message down below.

And hilarious template response from IRCC:

We acknowledge receipt of the documents and wish to inform you that they have been added to the file. Please note, for technical reasons, they may not be visible in your online account. Rest assured that your supporting documents are indeed added and available for officer review.

Now, I guess along with my citizenship application package, there's an additional piece of document showing the errors that I got.
I'll forget about the tracker and let it be.

Thank you for sharing, and yes - their reply doesn’t really make much sense. I hope the tracker will eventually work because otherwise I’m not sure how we will get the updates. I am planning to try calling them on Monday and see if they can help me out.

I got an email on Thursday from IRCC saying that documents had been received and added to my file. Hoping it was my fingerprints! No update to my tracker so obviously no one has looked at them yet.

No luck for me today. It seems that there might be some issues for me. And it seems that the only way I could reach out is via webform which I don't know would work in the end or not...

No AOR yet
When I try to access the application, it says wrong user name/password (it was accessible in August)
Tried to reset password it says system down
Something wrong
Any one experienced the same ?
