Sorry to hear that. May I ask why they returned ? I mean size of file or quality ?

I believe it got returned due to image file format. Even though images were opening on my computer, they said images are wrong/blank. My guess was they couldn’t open any of the image I uploaded

Next time try to upload PDF. Its a better format for these scenarios.

I came here to ask the same question. Got my AOR on aug 30 through email but it doesn't show up on the citizenship application page or can't find my application on ECAS. I don't know why it's taking this long to show up, isn't it automated?

According to this tracker/sheet, it takes about 31 days to get your AOR, but that's the average. So, it may take a little longer, also note that there are people on that sheet that are still waiting for AOR, so it's probably normal.

Got AOR on 30 Aug. ECAS got active on Sept 1.

According to this tracker/sheet, it took about,

1. 61 days in January
2. 63 days in February
3. 63 days in March
4. 48 days in April
5. 41 days in May
6. 24 days in June
7. 19 days in July

to get test invite after AOR for those that applied to citizenship during the given months. Note that only a minority of people received test invite and it has been less than 30 days for July applicants, so I would say, the average should be around 20-45 days (after AOR). Though, it seems like the test time is getting shorter regardless, for example, it has been more than 60 days since May 1st and May's average is 41 days, so if this trends keeps going on like this, the average should be on the lower end of 20-45 days.
