Please can you give me the number you used to reach them? I can’t reach them with the number I have, it’s always saying all the agents are busy and the line will go off. My ceremony was over two weeks ago and I have not received my certificate. My application is not closed either.
In your oath invitation PDF, look for page 10.
This is a document where you have to sign saying you took Oath and were true in the process.
You print it, sign it and scan it or can directly use adobe to sign it and send it back to the email address which they give on the same page.
You have to write the agent name in subject line and you will get this during your oath.
Once you send this, they will print the certificate.

I had mine on 27th and it was updated the same day to be completed. Opened today to see that there was an update.
Try emailing them to the same emailID to which you sent the Oath form.
I spoke to an agent via email and it was instant. We had back and forth communication for like 10 times. Put Attention [agent name] [client no] [last name].
I also spoke to agent on phone yesterday asking for my certificate status,
you dial on 18882422100
click 1 to give UCI, give UCI, click 1 to confirm
click 1 for saying you have an application
click 1 for saying it was citizenship
click 4 for saying you have UCI and looking for application update and give UCI again and wait on line
they also can give you a call back.
It connected to an agent on 4th try to me after 12 PM.
says on the Oath email page 10, email ID is not same for everyone and you have to put the agent name in subject line who helped you.
Thank you so much guys. I sent the email last night. I received a response just now. Apparently my agent didn’t receive the form which is weird because I got an automated response email after I sent the form. I have resent the form. Hopefully she will close it now and send my certificate.
Was your original pdf size less than 1 MB?
Automated response is a confirmation it was received by them. I feel it's an excuse they use if there is a delay on there part.

Received oath invitation last night, it says apparently we can download digital citizenship certificate in 3 days or so

My application closed yesterday. My guess is she sent the certificate on Friday since yesterday was Saturday. Thanks to everyone that gave suggestions.

Hey, all! My LPP finally got completed on June 30th (Friday) after a wait of 4+ months. The Trackers shows the update occurred on June 28th.
