I think the physical presence and the language skills can be checked quickly, and if they have completed the BG, then the prohibitions can be checked easily. I heard when they had the test in person, they would invite the ones that passed the test for the oath ceremony or in a week, they would receive the invitation.
It might be the fact that things are done, and being updated in batches on the system.

I just saw that the status on ECAS is Decision Made but I don't see anything on the tracker yet... Does anybody know how long it takes for updates or invitation to oath?

I just received an email from IRCC that they were unable to verify your photo identification (ID) required during the online test and asked for a scanned copy of my ID. I just sent a scanned copy of my DL.

Has anyone got this? Should I worry?

I got this one, because I used an old driver's licence which has a different address as the one on record. But they let me pass after explaining to them and sending a a copy of the updated driver's licence.

Got an email today morning requesting all pages of passport scanned and BCID copy. Not sure why. Anyways, I sent it off the same day itself. I got the test invite while traveling and completed it as well. Returning to Canada late Feb 2023. What should I expect next? Please see my timeline below:
