I saw that line "reset your password to sign in " , however , I tried no less than 10 times with my UCI and my application # , it all says " Incorrect UCI/Application number . Please try again " . It must be a joke . Anybody see the same ?


Once you reset the password - login with it, it will say incorrect password - there is a button where it says Reset Password - hit that - it will ask you to login in again and it should work. Website is broken

Thank so much for your help ! Unfortunately it did not work . Anybody have the same issue ? The website keeps saying "Incorrect UCI/application number . Please try again" no matter how many times I typed in. I reported on that page . So frustrating !!!!!!!!!!!

They updated all online accounts, we all need to reset the Password just try again in Chrome browser or Mozilla Firefox but I am not sure what is this 7 Oct 2022 Updates.

I got this in the morning while trying to reset the password. It seemed temporary and I could just go back and do the reset steps again.
