I have this message: "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." I'm not sure whether it means that they started reviewing or not?

Application is still in the queue. Medicals and biometrics will be passed as soon as the visa officer starts handling your file

My work permit is expiring next year Jan 13, 2023. any time I can apply for BOWP right OR SHOULD IT BE 4 MONTHS PRIOR BEFORE EXPIRY?

You should put in the application now. It’s taking more than 6 months for approval.

So after application can I work in the implied status until a decision is made or I should stop working the end of work permit?

Morning, For you to apply for BOWP, your email or letter of AOR must state that you could apply for BOWP, or you would have to wait until you are Approved in Principle, as far as I Know.

Yes it is written in the AOR issued. I am changing my address this month do I have to raise a web form for change of address or during the time of COPR i can mention my new updated address?

AOR July 21st. Anyone tried submitting through IRCC webform? I submitted a request to update my address and it has been more than a month now with no response. I know that they have a massive delay right now for responding the webforms. Anyone else in the same boat?
