Some are inland. Mostly it’s Outland.
any idea what’s happening with inland PNP applications?
I thought they have reached the limits for this year, but if they are still sending portal emails to others, then it’s probably just our VO that’s not doing any processing. Some delay might also be caused due to the fact that most IRCC resources are focused on helping Ukrainian refugees.
sound like something related to inland non-EE applicants but not sure....mine is EE PNP Outland so not expecting anything like that.

Portal email asks you for your current residence status, UCI, email ID. It’s for inland applications. Based on the answers they issue COPR.

I see. I have seen people use the term "portal email" interchangeably with RFV/PPR, hence the confusion.
