July 2021 - Citizenship Applicants

Hi All! I wanted to check if you have come across a scenario like this or have any inputs on how the applications are processed.
- My spouse & I submitted application in mid July2021 as a family (same application package) and both of us received an AOR on same day: 14Sep2021.
- In Nov2021 only I received a request for fingerprints, following which my background verification was marked Complete in the end of Nov2021.
When I just checked the status of our applications today, seems like I am scheduled to receive a test invite in last week of Jan (no emails yet, I just see it on the tracker online)
All this while, my spouse's application is still showing 'Application Filed' and absolutely no movement at all.
Have you seen/read a scenario like this? Is this normal how family applications are processed?
Note: We do not have any complex scenarios like passport renewals or additional information requested/sent or anything like that and even exact same travel history after we landed as a PR back in 2017 and have not lived in multiple countries earlier that may need any extra background check.

well, almost 4 months since the AOR, while May paper applicants already done the oath . thats f..king awesome

Almost the same stage with mine. Do you have idea what or when is likely to get update for next step?
Any idea of how long that could take? I'm at this stage. I sent UP request but got a reply that it can't be guaranteed due to Afgans refugees processing. Last week, i got another email saying if I meet the requirement I should apply for UP. Do I need again since I've passed the test Jan 18th?
